Who runs this
Invoice Jack is run from Ireland. The company that will own it is being set up and its name will be printed here before this page is in force.
Where your data is kept
In the EU.
What we collect
Your phone number or email, to sign you in with a code. There is no password.
Your business details: its name, country, trade, logo, and the bank details you choose to print on your invoices.
What you put in: your clients' names and contact details, your invoices, quotes, payments, receipts and photos.
The email you give for the Chase Pack, if you ask for it.
Short technical records that keep the service safe, such as a count of sign-in attempts. We store a scrambled form of the address they came from, not the address.
Card payments
Card and Apple Pay payments are taken by Stripe, on your own account with them. We never see or store a card number, and we never hold your money.
Who else can see it
Your team, if you add one. A lad sees the jobs and documents they made, and no totals.
Your accountant, if you send them a link. It is read-only: they can see and download your invoices, payments and receipts, and change nothing. You can take the link away at any time.
Your clients see only the invoice or quote you sent them.
What we do not do
We do not sell your data or your clients' data. We do not message your clients unless you tap send, or you have switched a reminder on.
How to delete it
In the app: Settings, Your data. You can export everything, and you can delete your account and what is in it.
Deleting signs you out everywhere, stops your pay-links and cancels your plan straight away. You then have 7 days to change your mind. After that, everything is erased.
For a Chase Pack email, or anything else, email us and a person removes it.
